Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung bietet 2 bis max. 3 Leuten Platz. Die dritte Person müsste dann allerdings Vorlieb nehmen mit der Couch. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, WLAN und Waschmaschine gibt's auch.

Das Schöne an der Brunnenstr 161: In weniger als 5 min. ist man am Rosenthaler Platz - dem Herzen Mittes. Und dort ist weder die Kunstszene, ein läka Restaurant, die Berliner Mauer, noch das Brandenburger Tor weit weg.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung spontan über Silvester. Zu haben wäre sie vom 20. Dezember bis zum 4. Januar, evt. auch kürzer. Für die komplette Dauer hätte ich gerne 350€.

The apartment (35 sqm, 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a small by fully equipped kitchen) is located only a five-minutes walk from the Rosenthaler Platz - a hopping place in the very city centre of Berlin. Mitte is famous for its galleries, its art scene and the clubs. From the apartment it's only a couple of minutes to a zillion of bars, clubs, and restaurants offering a diverse kitchen and lots of fun. And neither the Berlin wall nor the Brandenburger Gate is ever far. Yet, the apartment is extremely quiet which rounds up to a wonderful combination.
The bed offers space for two and the couch in the living room could be used by a third person. Free Wireless and a washing machine are included. A TV could be added.

As for the rent, it is 350€ (20/12/2011-04/01/2012). If you wish to stay for a shorter period, we may hash out an agreement. Just to write me.
