Rundrum findest du alles Nötige: Bars, Clubs, Märkte, Sprachschulen, Restaurants, Supermärkte. Und dennoch ist die Wohnung komfortabel leise - Vogelgezwitscher inklusive.
Die Miete beträgt 35€ pro Nacht und 210€ pro Woche. Vom 27. Dezember 2011 bis zum 4. Januar 2012 ist die Wohnung noch zu haben.

Only a five-minutes walk away from the Rosenthaler Platz and the Berlin wall, close by the Kastanienallee, the Hackescher Markt, the Museum Island, the Hamburger Bahnhof and the Brandenburger Gate, you'll find this charming apartment: 35 sqm, 1 bedroom and a living room with a small by fully equipped kitchen. Around the apartment you'll find all you need: bars, clubs, markets, language schools and restaurants. Though, the apartment - facing the back yard - is extremely quiet offering the sound of chirping birds.
The bed offers space for two and the couch in the living room could be used by a third person. Free Wireless and a washing machine are included.
As for the rent, it is 35€ per night. If you stay a week, it's 210€. Still available from December 27th to January 4th.
