Die zu vermietende Wohnung hat eine Fensterfront eine Süd-West Lage und eine kleinen sonnigen Balkon mit ca. 4-5qm. Sie ist sehr hell hat und ist ein schönes Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen.

The apartment has a south-western window front, and a sunny little balcony, 4 sqm. The apartment is very bright and is a nice and cosy place to relax.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im neunten Stock in einem sanierten Plattenbau und hat eine perfekte U-Bahn Anbindung (1 min. zu U-Bahn U8 Heinrich Heine Straße/2 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz).
In der Nähe ist sowohl ein Kaisers, welcher bis zum 24 Uhr geöffnet hat als auch ein Lidl und ein Aldi sind nur 5 min. von der Wohnung entfernt. Die beliebte Oranienstraße im Kreuzberger Kiez ist in 10 bis 15 min. zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a refurbished house and has a perfect subway connection to U8 (Heinrich Heine street /2 stops from Alexanderplatz).
Behind the house is a Kaisers located, which is open until 24 o’clock.
Ich möchte die Wohnung an einen Nichtraucher für den Zeitraum vom 01.08.2012 für min. 3-4 Monaten am Stück untervermieten(habe kein Problem mit Praktikanten oder Studis). Das Mietverhältnis kann auch auf Wusch verlängert werden.
Besichtigungen werden Anfang nächster Woche, 16/17.07 stattfinden, keine Sammelbesichtigung (bitte vorher absagen falls Ihr nicht kommen könnt oder euch für was anderes entschieden habt!).

I would like to rent the apartment for the period from 01.08.2012 for a minimum of 3-4 months(Trainees or students are welcome). On request the rent can be extended.
Inspections are next week 16/17.07. I´m any time reachable,please phone or send me a email with some details about yourself and the rent period to . (This are not group visitations, please cancel the appointment if you´re not able to come!)
