Diese Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Moabit, angrenzend an den Stadtteil Wedding und Mitte-Mitte :)
Sie verfügt über einen großen Raum mit zwei Fenstern. Er ist möbliert mit einem Bett für zwei Personen, einem Sofa, einem Schreibtisch, einem Klavier und einem Kleiderschrank. Das Bad ist neu gefliest und verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf. Auch die Küche ist vollausgestattet: Ein Tisch für drei Personen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirr. Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 3 Wochen am Stück, gerne an ein Paar. Auf Anfrage kann aber auch noch eine dritte Person mit einziehen ( +100 Euro).
Internet, Telefon etc. ist alles inklusive.
This flat is in the area of Moabit, next to Wedding and Mitte. The flat has one big room, with two windows, a bed for two persons, one couch, a table, a piano and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, mirror etc.
In the kitchen is all what you need: One table for three persons, washmachine, fridge, microwave, cooker and dishes. I offer the flat for 3 weeks, preferred on a couple. With inquiry a third person is allowed ( +100 Euro).
Internet etc. is all inclusive.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. In zwei Minuten ist man beim Metrobus M 27, der einen super schnell zur U9 aber auch zur U6 bringt. Auch ist der Fußweg zur U9 an der Birkenstraße in 9 Minuten erledigt. So sind mit Bus und Bahn sowohl der Zoologische Garten, als auch die Friedrichstraße in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Ringbahn am Westhafen kommt man in 20 Minuten nach Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain und Co. Direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung ist eine tolle Bar zum abends verweilen. Fußläufig erreicht man in 2 Minuten einen Edeka- Supermarkt. Ein Park und auch die Spree sind nicht weit. In der Birkenstraße lässt es sich abends schön in den vielen Restaurants und Cafés verweilen.
This flat is stayed super central in Moabit. In two minutes you are at the bus-station for the M27, that brings you superfast to U6 and U9. By foot you are in 9 minutes at the U9 in Birkenstraße. With Bus and Metro you just need 10-15 minutes to Zoologischer Garten or Friedrichstraße. With the Ring-Metro you are in 15-20 Minutes in Prenzlauerberg, Friedrichshain etc.
In front of the flat is a super nice bar for the evenings. A food corner is by foot 2 minutes away. In the Birkenstraße are many Restaurants and Cafes, where you will love to stay in the evenings.
Bevorzugt vermiete ich an Paare, die einen Urlaub in Berlin verbringen oder auch beruflich drei Wochen in Berlin sind. Ich stelle meine Wohnung komplett möbliert zur Verfügung. Es kann auf Anfrage auch noch eine dritte Person mit einziehen ( Matratze bzw. Luftbett verfügbar).

I preferred to rent at Couples, which stay for holidays or work in berlin for three weeks. My flat is completely with furniture. With Inquiry another third person can move in. ( air-matress).
