Die Wohung hat alles, was man braucht. Trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter, ist alles sehr vorteilhaft arrangiert. Damit hat das Bad sogar eine Badwanne! Das Wohlfühl-Barometer ist bei dieser Wohung ganz weit oben.
The appartment ist small but very well structured and cosy. The area is very green, very calm. Still its in the middle of the hotspot of Berlin. Still Mitte, almost Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding and very well connected to Neukölln and Kreuzberg.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es fast nicht. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten entweder an den Straßenbahnen Richtung wahlweise Schönhauser Allee, Hackescher Markt, Friedrichsstraße oder auch Friedrichshain. Aber auch die U8 ist nicht weit. Nur zwei Stationen und schon ist man Gesundbrunnen.
Nicht nur die Anbindung ist überzeugend. Der Mauerparkt, die Kastenienallee, die Bernauer Straße, Danziger Straße... - alles, wo es die Menschen hinzieht, wenn sie nach Berlin kommen, erreicht man von hier aus zu Fuß.
Auch kulinarisch gibt es nichts, was es nicht gibt. Zwischen Veggie-Burgern, Indischen Restaurants und Italienern, gibt es trotzallem noch die ranzigen Ur-Kneipen und kleinen Café, die mit Selbstgemachtem den Geldbeutel schonen.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Alle Kosten sind inklusive. Nebenkosten sowie Internet etc. Option auf Verlängerung. Momentan wohnt gerade ein Freund von mir drin.
