I am traveling and renting out my 36qm 1-room flat from the 01.09.2017 til the 08.09.2017.
The living room is cosy with good natural light during the day and comes with TV, wifi, loudspeakers, coffee table, a desk, leather sofa and a bed.
The kitchen is small but efficient, you will find everything you need to cook - stove, fridge, dishes, etc.
The bathroom and toilets are separated.
Perfect for one person or a couple.
Die Lage ist super toll und sehr bequem. ring-bahn Wedding ist zu Fuß in nur 3-Minuten zu erreichen, die U6 Reinickendorfer Str. in gerade mal 2 Minuten.

The flat is in the backyard of a building so pretty calm. You will find all the convenients stores you need around and will be well located on the border Mitte and Wedding.
2 minutes from Reinickendorfer Str station (U6) or Wedding station (ring s-bahn)

Die Vermietung erfolgt mit Zwischenmietvertrag und 150 € Kaution, die zurückgezahlt wird. Ebenso Kopie der Pässe im gegenseitigen Tausch.
