Hi! Ich suche einen netten Zwischemieter (Frau bevorzugt) für mein schönes, helles, zentrales Studio-Zimmer gleich am Hackeschen Markt. Ich gehe für 4,5 Monate weg und suche eine zuverlässige Person, dem/der ich mein Zimmer anvertrauen kann. Das Studio ist bequem, möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was du brauchst. Das Studio ist komplett privat, - es gibt ein anderes Zimmer in der Wohnung, aber meine Mitbewohnerin ist nur sehr selten da (sie wohnt dort nicht) und wird dich nicht stören.
Hello there! I am looking for a reliable and calm person (preferably a girl) to sublet my sunny, central, furnished room with private kitchen from August 11th till the end of December/beginning of January. You´ll have a spacious living room with a private well-equipped kitchen, which are private and all for yourself. There is another room in the apartment, but my roommate is hardly ever there (she doesn´t live there), so most of the time, you will have the place to yourself :)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar und sehr zentral - gleich am Hackescher Markt, 5 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz, die S-bahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt und alle Sehenwürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind füßläufug in 1-3 Minuten erreichbar. Gelegen im Herz von Mitte, das Studio ist umgeben von den besten Orten - Alexanderplatz, Museumsinsel, Kunstgallerien und shops in Mitte, Berliner Dom, Spree und so viel mehr.
The place is located in the heart of Mitte on Hackescher Markt, with lively bohemian streets and iconic Alexanderplatz, the Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral and the Spree all within walking distance. S-Bahn Hackescher Markt is 2 mins away and Alexanderplatz 6 mins away and these two will that take you anywhere. Several supermarkets and bakeries are all around, in 1 to 6 walking minutes you will find anything.
