Furnished 1 room flat in Mitte

The apartment has everything you need: a double bed, couch, desk (no TV, sorry), and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, stove and oven. The bathroom comes with a nice shower, toilet, and sink. Unfortunately we don’t have a washing machine at the moment but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away from the house.

The flat is available from August till the end of October, or for a shorter period if need be (minimum rent 1 month). There might be the possibility to take over the flat/contract from us after October, provided that the landlord agrees.

The apartment is cozy but comfortable for one to two people. It's situated in the third house in the back away from the street on the third floor. It's amazingly quiet for being right in the centre of the city. You won't hear any street or city noise. The big green tree in front of our windows shields the flat from too much mid-day sun.

We have very lovely neighbors, some of which have been living in the house for a very long time. They are nice and quiet and expect the same from us - and in that case you. No parties or loud music please.

The flat is located in the Brunnenviertel with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, parks, and markets (there's a farmers market every Friday and a flee market every Sunday at Arkonaplatz, literally around the corner from our house).

At the same time, you are only a few steps away from buzzing Mitte around Rosenthaler Platz (5mins walk) with it's great bars, food places, and art galleries on Auguststrasse.

A supermarket is three minutes away from the flat and open Monday to Saturday till late. There's also a few corner shops nearby for any late night booze or chocolate cravings.
