1 Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Berlins

Hallo allerseits,

Ich verlasse meine liebe Wohnung im Herzen Berlins U-bahn Station märkisches Museum nach 5 Jahren. Die Wohnung ist extra günstig geworden wegen dem Mietendeckel und jetzt kostet alles inklusiv 250€. Ja du liest nicht falsch 250€ und in Mitte! Anmeldung ist möglich. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Da ich ins Ausland umziehe, suche ich einen Nachfolger, der die Wohnung möbliert mieten will. So habe ich auch gemietet. Die Möbel kostet 1400€.Jemand der keine Möbel braucht, wird nicht berücksichtigt. Die Besichtigung ist dieses Wochenende Samstag möglich. Leider habe ich noch keine Fotos, aber die kommen noch.

I leave my dear apartment in the heart of Berlin Ubahn Märkisches Museum after 5 years. The apartment has become extra cheap because of the Mietendeckel and now everything costs including 250€, before it was 380€. Yes you don't read wrong 250€ and in MITTE! Registration is possible. The apartment is fully furnished. Since I am moving abroad, I am looking for the next tenant, who wants to rent the apartment furnished. That's also how I rented. The furniture costs 1400€. Someone who doesn't need furniture is not considered. The viewing is possible this weekend Saturday. Unfortunately I don't have any photos yet, but they will follow.
