Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Obergeschoss eines privaten Studentenwohnheims direkt am Alexanderplatz. Sie ist ca. 24 qm groß und besitzt eine Pantryküche (mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierfach, einem 2-Felder Cerankochfeld) und einer Mikrowelle. Weiter ist die Wohnung mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und besitzt einen kleinen Balkon. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau, welcher Anfang 2016 fertiggestellt wurde. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, welche gegen ein kleines Entgelt genutzt werden können (Bezahlung mit EC-/Kreditkarte). Außerdem ist im Keller ein Abstellplatz für ein Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber meine Möbel können, wenn gewollt, gegen eine kleine Ablöse gerne übernommen werden.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a private student residence directly at Alexanderplatz. It is approx. 24 sqm in size and has a fitted kitchen with a small fridge including freezer, a 2-burner ceramic hob and a microwave. Furthermore, the flat is equipped with underfloor heating and has a small balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The building is a new construction, which was completed at the beginning of 2016. A lift is available. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee (payment by EC/credit card). There is also a storage space for a bicycle in the basement.
The flat is unfurnished, but my furniture can be taken over for a small fee.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Alexanderplatz. Der ÖPNV (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram, Bus) ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen zur Friedrichsstraße oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
Zum Campusmitte der Humboldt-Universität sind es fußläufig ca. 20-25 Minuten, mit Bus oder Bahn ca. 10-15 Minuten
Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Form eines Discounters befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Des Weiteren sind weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig oder mit der Tram schnell erreichbar. Außerdem finden Sie auf dem Alexanderplatz bzw. in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes diverse Shoppingmöglichkeiten wie z.B. einen Galeria Kaufhof, Saturn oder auch das Einkaufscenter Alexa.
Weiter gibt es diverse Sportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe wie z.B. ein FitX oder John Reed.

The flat is located directly at Alexanderplatz. Public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram, bus) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. From Alexanderplatz S-Bahn station it is only a few stops to Friedrichsstraße or the main railway station.
The centre of the Humboldt University campus is about 20-25 minutes away on foot, or about 10-15 minutes by bus or train.
There is a discount supermarket right on the doorstep. Further shopping facilities are within walking distance or can be reached quickly by tram. In addition, you will find various shopping opportunities on or near Alexanderplatz, such as Galeria Kaufhof, Saturn or the Alexa shopping centre.
There are also various sports facilities nearby, such as a FitX or John Reed.
Die angegebene Warmmiete entspricht der Miete, die ich momentan bezahle. Es kann sein, dass die Immobilienverwaltung die Miete erhöht. Es muss eine Kaution in Höhe von drei Monatsmieten beim Vermieter hinterlegt werden.
Zur Warmmiete kommen noch Kosten für den Strom und GEZ dazu. Die 12 EUR unter dem Punkt Sonstige Kosten, sind für die Internetflat, welche man bei der Mietung der Wohnung dazu buchen muss.
