Gemütliches Studio für 1-2 Personen verfügbar für einen kurzen Aufenthalt während ich im Urlaub bin (10-24.10). Hat trotz seiner kompakten Größe alles, was Sie brauchen, zusätzlich zum Zugang zur gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt sowie einem gemeinsamen Garten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und die bodentiefen Fenster blicken auf den Innenhof, so dass es tagsüber ziemlich ruhig ist. Eine Kindertagesstätte und eine Brauerei befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, aber der Lärm hört um 22 Uhr auf. Alle meine Sachen stehen dir zur Verfügung und die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Doppelbett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Küchenzeile mit Minibackofen und allen notwendigen Kleingeräten. Sie können gerne meine Klaviatur benutzen und in meiner gut sortierten Bücherbibliothek stöbern/lesen. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber das Gebäude verfügt über eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Münzwaschmaschinen und -trocknern.

Cozy studio for 1-2 people available for a short stay while I'm away on holiday (October 10-24th). Has everything you need despite its compact size in addition to access to the communal rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city as well as a shared garden. The flat is on the 5th floor and the floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the courtyard so it's quite quiet during the day. A daycare and brewery are on the ground floor but all noise stops at 22h. All of my things are available for you to use and the flat is fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, kitchenette with a mini-oven and all necessary small appliances. You're welcome to use my keyboard and browse/read from my well-stocked library of books. There's no washing machine in the flat but the building has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
