Beautifully furnished apartment in Mitte with view of the park. Quiet and calm but right near many bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping and museums. The apartment is filled with natural light and is a warming place to be during the harder winter months.

Renovated bathroom, kitchen and new polished wooden floorboards, very high ceilings and lovely furniture.

Equipped with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, washing machines etc.

Costs include high speed wifi.

The apartment is suited to a couple or a single.

Strictly no smoking, if you are a smoker, smoke outside of the building.

Strictly no parties or loud gatherings that would upset the neighbours, if you want to party, don't stay here.

Another thing that is worth mentioning is that the current situation with power usage in Berlin is pretty tough. For that reason the electricity metre will be taken before you move in and when you move out.

If there is excessive use of heating and electricity then the costs will be taken from the bond. So you have an idea of appropriate usage, I keep on heaters in the main room only between 2 and don't use the bathtub or have long showers. I have a hot water bottle and very warm high quality blankets and that does the job wonderfully :) I will leave them here for you.
