the appartment is located in the distric of Tiergarten, on the boarder with moabit.
TXT Bus to Tegel airport is within walking distance that makes
it very easy for people coming and going to the airport.
The m27 bus run all day and nights and is just a few seconds outside the door.
u7, u 9 and ring bhan are withing walking distance from the appartment.
Many restaurants and supermarket are just outside. The best iraqi restaurants in Berlin are just nearby.
The best asian Buffet in berlin also with 500 seats and 5 tables which are 10 m long each.
Aldi supermarket is just dowstairs and also an internetshop Späti and pizza.

Huttenstraße:
There is a bus just outside the door and will take u in some minutes to Turmstr. on the U9 or in the other direction to Jungferheiden S bhan ring but it take slighlty longer to reacht.
Location quite in the centre of the city with supermarkets and everything needed closed by.

p.s. If you would like a more secure and 100% safe way of payment I could also accept paypal (which has a payer protection scheme). So that you would never have any risk!!!!
A viewing is possible better in the afternoon or evening also on week end but I work sometimes on week ends too.
