Die Wohnung ist hell, ansprechend eingerichtet (12/2018) und perfekt für EINE Person. Vom Balkon aus hat man freien Blick über die Dächer bis zum Potsdamer Platz.
Neben einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC gibt es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine separate Küche mit Herdplatte, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Box-Spring-Bett, ein gemütliches Sofa, ein Tisch und zwei Stühle sowie ein Smart-TV. (W-LAN inkl.)
Gesucht wird ein einzelner Mieter, Nichtraucher, ohne Haustiere und ohne laute Hobbies.
Bitte keine Pärchenanfragen, dafür ist die Wohnung leider zu klein.
The apartment is very bright, nicely furnished (12/2018) and perfect for ONE person. You have a grand view from the balcony over the roofs of the City. There is a bathroom with bathtub and WC, a walk-in-wardrobe, a separate kitchen with 2 heating plates and a refrigerator. The main room hosts the Box-Spring-Bed, a comfy sofa, table with 2 chairs and a Smart-TV. I am looking for one person only, non-smoker, no pets and no noisy hobbies. Please no couples, since the apartment is not suited for 2 people.
Die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man das Brandenburger Tor und den Hauptbahnhof leicht auch zu Fuß erreicht. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Späti und wenige 100m entfernt auch Supermärkte (Aldi, Norma). Parken wird auch hier immer schwieriger, aber man kann ohne Anwohnerparkausweis parken.
300m entfernt verkehren Busse (187, 245, N40) und die Tram (M5, M8, M10).
Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10-15Min zu Fuß entfernt.
