Da ich längere Zeit wegfahre, würde ich in diesem Zeitraum gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Es ist eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung (die Sonne strahlt häufig herein und man bekommt automatisch gute Laune ☀️), die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zum Leben braucht (Waschmaschine, Fernseher (Smart TV, mit Netflix und allem), Internet, Drucker, Staubsaugerroboter 😜).
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Moabit, zwischen der Turmstraße und Beusselstraße -> 10min zu Fuß entfernt sind sowohl die Sbahn Beusselstraße als auch die Ubahn Turmstraße.
Innerhalb von 5-10 min kommt man zu Edeka, Rewe, Penny und Lidl.
Das Haus ist in einer Wohnstraße und die Wohnung geht zum Innenhof raus, also ist es sehr schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell wieder mitten im Leben wenn man raus geht.
Da es relativ kurzfristig ist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du innerhalb der nächsten Tage bzw. Woche vorbei kommen könntest.
Die angegebene Miete ist meine Warmmiete pro Monat. Für die fast 7 Wochen wären es also 1015€ insgesamt.
Ganz eventuell könnte es sein, dass ich Ende März noch einmal vorbei kommen und ein paar Sachen abholen würde, das ist aber wahrscheinlich nicht nötig.
Auch super wäre es, wenn meine Pflanzen gegossen werden würden :))
