Möbliertes Studio nahe Kielufer / Quiet, furnished Studio close to Kielufer

While I am away from Berlin for a one-year postdoc, I am looking for somebody to take over my my beautiful studio with south-facing balcony (patio) located on the top floor, close to Kiehlufer, Wildenbruchstrasse, Weserkiez etc. It is ready for occupancy as of now.

The studio is a writer's/artist's sanctuary, with a large balcony facing the garden towards the South: lots of natural light and space! The main door opens into a corridor (with a shoe-shelf), which then has a door to the bedroom and the bathroom. The sit-in kitchen is separated by a door from the living/sleeping area and also has a large window. The studio is very clean and fully furnished.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with oven, shelves, a fridge (incl freezer) besides utensils of all kinds. There is a chimney with an real exhaust.

The bedroom/living room has a living/study area facing the balcony, a wooden bed with a high quality geltex matrass (180x200), an antique large mirror, original 1960s chest, table and chairs, a high-end writer's chair. Fully equipped... and quasi no Ikea.

The bathroom was renovated not long ago and has mirrors, a spacious shower and a washing machine.

Security deposit includes one month's rent.
