Im Zimmer gibt es eine große Couch, ein Bett von 1,40m Breite, einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie einen großen Schreibtisch. Ein Monitor kann für das Arbeiten von zu Hause genutzt werden. An das Zimmer ist auch ein Balkon angeschlossen, der allerdings voller Pflanzen steht, und daher kaum genutzt werden kann.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Töpfen und sonstigem Zubehör voll ausgestattet. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht.
Das Bad ist neu saniert, komplett gefliest und mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine.
Der Internet-Anschluss ist per Glasfaser und hat 200 Mbit/s, WLAN ist vorhanden.

I'm renting out my one-room-apartment on the 4th floor, fully furnished and equipped, for one month.
In the living room, there's a large couch, a bed of 1,40m, a wardrobe, as well as a large desk. There's a monitor that can be used for working remotely. There's also a balcony connected to the room, but it is full of plants.
The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, fridge and all utensils. There's no dishwasher.
The bathroom is recently modernized, fully tiled, and has a bathtub. There's a laundry machine in the bathroom as well.
Internet connection is optic fibre and has 200 Mbit/s. WiFi is available.
Lage im nördlichen Reuterkiez, in naher Laufdistanz zum Hermannplatz mit seinen zahlreichen Verkehrsverbindungen. Mehrere Supermärkte, Bio-Läden und Gemüsehändler finden sich in der Nähe, sowie natürlich die beliebten Bars und Restaurants der Gegend.

Situated in northern Neukölln, in close proximity to Hermannplatz and its many transport options. There's a bunch of supermarkets, organic food stores and vegetable merchants close by, as well as the popular bars and restaurants of the area.
Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, und so soll es auch bleiben. Die zahlreichen Pflanzen gebe ich in die Obhut des Untermieters/der Untermieterin - grüne Daumen bevorzugt ;)

This is a non-smoking apartment, and supposed to stay this way. The numerous plants are to be taken care of by you, so if you have a green thumb, that's a bonus.
