NO ANMELDUNG (SORRY)
I'm able to rent out my beloved apartment to 1 person. It's on the 1st floor of a typical old building. As it is set towards the back-back yard, so it's super quiet. There's plenty of light because of the two huge windows in the living/bedroom. The neighbors are friendly, mostly young families, students and two big WGs.
My kitchen is fully equipped, there are lots of books, a piano, a bathroom with tub, a French bed, a desk and a sofa, a smart TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There's a really nice backyard where u can sit.
The place is in Rixdorf, the cutest district of neukölln and one of the most fun in berlin. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants even in the street. There’s a cinema on the opposite side of the street, as well as Neuköllner Oper, and a späti in the front house which is pretty comfortable. Stadtbad Neukölln is just around the corner.
It's a 7 minute walk to get to Kielufer and from there to Maybachufer and Paul Linke Ufer.
The nearest stop is either karl marx Straße (U7) or rathaus Neukölln (U7). You get there under 3 minutes. S Bahn Neukölln (s Bahn, U7 and Ringbahn) is close. Plus theres a bus (1 minute walk) going to Boddinstraße. It's really easy to go by bike, too.
Please respect my privacy. As most of my personal belongings will be in the apartment, I'm not eager to have a lot of strangers at my place. Subleting to a third party is not possible. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to partying/warmup or after hour at the apartment or any other possible annoyance for my neighbors. If there are any disturbances of that kind you'd have to leave. Also, the apartment is quite packed. The closet is empty and there is space on the bookshelf, but if you have a lot of things, this might be problematic.
With the ongoing energy crisis, I'm a bit worried about the costs for heating and hot water, so I'm asking you to take responsibility for that by only using what is absolutely necessary. My rent increased for 140 euros per month, mostly due to heating costs. I will, however, keep 300 euros of the deposit until the last annual bill that concerns you to cover possible additional expenses for heating in case you used more than is already prepaid. If not so you will get this "heating deposit" back, of course. We will put all of that into writing. I have a sublease ready to sign for both of us.
