Short-term 01.09.-15.10.: 1,5 Monate Neukölln nah am Körnerpark

Hallo zusammen,

da ich beruflich bedingt die nächsten 1,5 Monate in Afrika verbringen werde, möchte ich gerne über den entsprechenden Zeitraum meine frisch bezogene 1-Personen-Wohnung untervermieten. (Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.)

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen 37qm Altbau mit separater Küche, Balkon und frisch abgezogenen Dielen.

Da ich die Wohnung erst kürzlich selbst bezogen habe und sehr viel unterwegs war, habe ich es leider noch nicht geschafft, diese komplett einzurichten und gemütlich zu machen. Alle grundlegenden Möbel sowie fundamentalen Dinge (Wifi, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Haushaltsgeräte, etc.) sind jedoch vorhanden. Durch den grundsätzlichen Charme der Wohnung sollte sich Mensch sich sowieso schnell wohl- und zuhause fühlen.

Ich suche nach einer verantwortungsvollen und verlässlichen Person mit festem Einkommen, welche in meiner Abwesenheit sowohl achtsam mit meiner Wohnung als auch dem unmittelbaren Umfeld (Nachbarn) umgeht. Wichtig wäre auch, dass du einen grünen Daumen mitbringst und wir unkompliziert miteinander kommunizieren können. Ideal wäre es, wenn du die Wohnung über den gesamten Zeitraum beziehen möchtest.

Hello all,

since I will spend the next 1.5 months in Africa due to my job, I would like to sublet my newly occupied 1-person apartment for the respective time. (A registration is unfortunately not possible).

The flat is a 37sqm "Altbau" with separate kitchen, balcony and freshly stripped floorboards.

Since I myself moved to the apartment only recently and have been traveling a lot, I unfortunately did not yet manage to completely furnish it and elevate it to my envisioned degree of coziness. However, all the basic furniture as well as fundamental things (wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, household appliances, etc.) are provided. Due to the charm of the apartment itself, it should nonetheless be easy to feel at home in no time.

I am looking for a responsible and reliable person with a fixed income, who in my absence will be mindful of both, my apartment and the immediate environment (neighbours). Further, it's crucial for me, that you have a green thumb and that we can communicate with each other, easily. Ideally, you'd like to occupy the apartment for the entire period.
