ich suche eine ruhige und verlässliche Person für meine schöne Neuköllner Wohnung für den Monat Februar.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Unsere Hausgemeinschaft ist eher ruhig und wir wohnen alle seit vielen Jahren in einem Haus. Ich suche jemanden, die/der ruhig und zuverlässig ist und gut mit meinen Sachen und vor allem Pflanzen umgeht und ab und an mal nach meiner Post schaut :) Partys sind absolut nicht erwünscht.
Die Wohnung ist vom 01.02 - 28.02 frei. In den 750 EUR Miete ist alles dabei. Schreib mir gerne ein bisschen was zu dir und was du in Berlin machst.

I am looking for a quiet and reliable person for my beautiful Neukölln apartment for the month of February.
There is a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Our house community is rather quiet and we have all lived in the same house for many years. I am looking for someone who is quiet and reliable and takes good care of my things and especially plants and checks my mail from time to time :) Parties are absolutely not welcome.
The apartment is free from 01.02 - 28.02. Everything is included in the 750 EUR rent. Please write me a bit about yourself and what you are doing in Berlin.
