Very nice big room, very light, top floor, beautiful view.
Smoking in the kitchen is allowed only.
Animals are allowed though I don't have one, so it's an allergy-free space so far.
The place is suitable for one or two people.
I have plants that need to be taken care of while I’m gone (watering them every 2-3 days).
I request that my place and the space around it (e.g. neighbors) be well respected.
I love my apartment and I’m sure you will too. :)

Sehr schöne große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, hell, oberste Etage, schöne Aussicht.
Rauchen ist nur in der Küche erlaubt.
Ich habe selber keine Haustiere, aber es wäre an sich eins bei mir erlaubt.
Es ist möglich hier alleine, oder zu zweit zu Wohnen.
Ich habe Pflanzen um denen sich gekümmert werden müsste (alle 2-3 Tage gießen).
Mir ist es wichtig das meine Wohnung und die Umgebung (z.B. meine Nachbarn) respektiert werden.

In the heart of Neukölln.
Right across from a Reve supermarket and around the corner from a Turkish Supermarket, Lidle, and Netto supermarket. There are many possibilities to get food outdoors, restaurants, fast foods, falafel places etc., as well as many cute bars and cafés down the street, or on parallel ones.
My apartment is in the backyard, which makes it a rather quiet place, except for a school bell which can be heard during the day in the week.
Im Herzens Neuköllns, zentral gelegen, aber nicht Hecktisch.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants, süße Cafés und Bars in der nahen Umgebung.
Die Wohnung ist zum Hinterhof raus, wodurch es relativ leise ist, bis auf eine Schulglocke, welches in der Woche Tagsüber gehört werden kann.
