wunderschöne Altbauwohnung - ruhig - im Herzen Berlins

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Neukölln. Ca 5 Minuten vom Hermannplatz von dort aus gibt es gute Anbindungen durch die U-Bahn. Um die Ecke gibt es unzählige Cafes und Bars. Die Weserstrasse mit Einem kleinen Kino und Ausgehmöglichkeiten ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Und für Spaziergänge gibt es den Kanal, der fußläufig ca 6 Minuten entfernt liegt oder das Tempelhofes Feld.
Sie ist gut geschnitten und sehr schön lichtdurchflutet, durch die Lage im Hinterhof ruhig, vor allem Nachts.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche, ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank.
Ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Und einen größeren Wohn/Schlafraum mit einem Arbeitsplatz, einer gemütlichen Sofaecke, einem großen Tische für ausgewiesene Abendessen und ein Doppelbett.

Ich habe die Wohnung von meinem Bruder übernommen und lebe momentan noch in Köln. Daher werde ich arbeitsbedingt die nächsten Monate nur unregelmäßiger in Berlin sein können bevor ich langfristig ganz umziehen kann.
Deswegen gibt es immer wieder Zeiten in welchen die Wohnung leer steht und von anderen Personen genutzt werden kann.

Für den aktuelle Zeitraum ab 5.2. bis zum 19.2. sind die Kosten 350 Euro alles inklusive. Es gibt W-lan. Und sonst ist auch alles da zum Leben, also Küchenutensilien, Bettzeug und Handtücher.

Die Wohnung wird Anfang März auch wieder für 3 Wochen verfügbar sein, daher schreibt mir gern auch wenn ihr für einen anderen Zeitraum sucht.

Auch für kürzere Perioden ist es möglich in der Wohnung zu sein.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln. About 5 minutes from Hermannplatz from where there are good connections by subway. There are countless cafes and bars around the corner. Weserstrasse with a small movie theater and nightlife options is also just around the corner. And for walks there is the canal, which is about 6 minutes away on foot, or the Tempelhofer Feld.
It is well laid out and flooded with light, and the location in the backyard makes it quiet, especially at night.
There is a small kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
A bathroom with bathtub.
And a larger living/bedroom with a workspace, a cozy sofa corner, a large table for designated dinners and a double bed.

I have taken over the apartment from my brother and I am currently still living in Cologne. For work reasons, I will therefore only be able to be in Berlin irregularly over the next few months before I am able to move completely in the long term.
That's why there are always times when the apartment is empty and can be used by other people.

For the current period from 5.2. until 19.2. the costs are 350 Euro all inclusive. There is W-lan. And everything else is there to live in, i.e. kitchen utensils, bedding and towels.

The apartment will be available again for 3 weeks at the beginning of March, so please write to me if you are looking for a different period.

It is also possible to stay in the apartment for shorter periods.
