Hi! I am subletting one room in my apartment in Berlin Neukölln for June and Juli. If you are interested in renting the room some days before or after, we can talk about it and share for those extra days.
The apartment has approx. 60m² and a cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom you can enjoy the beautiful morning light through the French balcony, the kitchen is fully equipped (with a big fridge with enough space for two), and the bathroom has a bathtub. The location is really nice - in a calm street in the Neukölln/Alt Treptow area, very close to the canal, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. Plus, there is a big fancy REWE (supermarket) and Aldi in a 4-minute walk!

My name is Rocío, am 36 years old, Latin-American, and work as a social worker. I've been living in Germany for about 13 years, plus 4 years in Spain (so I´m something in between an expat and a local). I find intersectional feminism and anti-racism important. In my free time, I do yoga, sing in a choir, and like to meet friends, explore bars in Neukölln, go to concerts, and enjoy Berlin's cultural life.
When sharing, I value a nice balance between private space and socialising, and common sense cleanness ;-). Since I work full-time on weekdays, I am not a night person and for better compatibility I would like to share with someone who works also full- or part-time and doesn´t do home office every day. There is not a proper balcony in the apartment (only a French one), so I would prefer someone who doesn´t smoke in the house.
