Super süße Wohnung mit einem großen Zimmer, kleinem Flur sowie Küche und Bad seperat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Küchenartikeln, Waschmaschiene, Musikboxen, einem semi gutem Beamer und so kram!
Sie ist ein einfacher Altbau hat also ihre Ecken und Kanten ist aber trotzdem super in Schuss und alles funktioniert Einwandfrei, ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier und auch die Nachbarn sind entspannt.
Sie befindet sich in perfekter Lage am Rathaus Neukölln. Außerdem liegt sie im Hinterhof, also ist es super ruhig trotz der belebten Gegend und ist außerdem super hell (ab Nachmittag direkte Sonne). Alles wirklich alles Lebensnotwendige ist binnen 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Genauso wie Bars, Restaurants etc.
Zum Spazieren/Joggen/Biken gehen bietet sich der Landwehrkanal an, an dem man super nach Kreuzberg laufen kann.
Wichtig für mich ist ein persönliches Kennenlernen und ein Untermietvertrag.
Und halt die Basics.
Du solltest die Wohnung sauber halten und rücksichtsvoll behandeln.
Keine Partys veranstalten und dir sollte klar sein das Altbau auch etwas hellhörig ist.
Ich höre selbst viel Musik das wurde bisher noch nicht zum Problem jedoch sollten Sport/ Workouts eher auf draußen verlegt werden. :)
