helle wohnung mit fensterblick auf die kreuzung pannier ecke weserstr und somit nord-neuköllns entstandene "kneipenmeile". toller kiez, für die die ihn nicht kennen.. gute bus+u-bahnanbindung(hermannplatz ist ca7min entfernt). auf dem balkon ist ab ca.10uhr den ganzen tag sonne.fahrstuhl vorhanden. da das haus einst ausbrannte leider keine dielen, nur laminat, und es ist hellhörig. aber eine schöne wohnung zum wohlfühlen. teilmöblierung bleibt, am besten wird besprochen was z.b. in küche(EBK) an utensilien benötigt wird. ich ziehe um, und suche jemand der als zwischenmieter die restliche kündigungsfrist-zeit "überbrückt".. eventuell ist es dann möglich die wohnung als nachmieter zu übernehmen. schaut einfach mal rein..
