Sublet - Sunny 1-room apartment in Neukölln from May 7 - June 7

My home is my oasis and the perfect place to quiet down after an exciting day in the city. For me it is a comfortable and cosy space, just the way I like it. Beautiful old wood floors, but renovated up to modern comfortable standards. The big room has sunlight in the morning and the kitchen in the afternoon. I love cooking so the kitchen is quite well equipped.

There is a dedicated workspace with a desk adjustable in height, where I spend my days working comfortably.

I love cosiness so the house is fitted with a lot of mood lighting to create the feeling you want.

I love reading novels and psychology, so if you do too you are very welcome to use my little library.

I live in the back of the building where it is amazingly quiet and peaceful given the fact that we are in the middle of the capital of Germany.

The apartment comes with a bike to use around the city!
The apartment also comes with a public transport pass to enjoy all transportations for free!
One of the main metrolines stops right in front of the house, but Berlin is also perfect for biking.
Close to Metroline U7 and U8. Major Buslines M29 and M41.



Berlin is known for it's green spaces in the city so you don't have to go far to find some nature.
