Neukölln-Nord (nähe Weserstraße)-Einzimmer Wohnung+Balkon+Badewanne :)

Hi,

die Wohnung (KEINE WG!!!!) liegt in Neukölln - Stuttgarter Straße. Alles frisch saniert (Altbauwohnung) und in dem Haus wohnt ausschließlich Jungvolk :)
was nicht bedeutet, dass es laut ist, aber alle bzw alles ist hier dadurch nicht so anstrengend! Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel (Hochpaterre - was soviel heißt wie EG nur dass keiner in die Wohnung schauen kann, weil alles eben etwas höher ist) - Seitenflügel bedeutet wiederum - keine Straße sondern außschließlich schöne Hofaussicht und der Hof ist wunderschön - nebenbei bemerkt.

Neukölln ist für die einen DER NEUE STADTTEIL überhaupt und den anderen flösst er vielleicht immmernoch respekt ein - der zweiten Gruppierung möchte ich sagen:
Ja, hier wird nicht nur deutsch gesprochen ABER: wenn man offenherzig ist kann man hier unheimlich schnell freundschaften schließen - die Menschen sind sehr nett! Außerdem bekommt man als Dame öfter mal hier und da Obst/Gemüse vom nächsten
arabischen bzw türkischem Fachgeschäft :)

öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen sind wunderbar, Bus direkt vor der Tür (Sonnenallee) und mit dem Bike (das auch von mir gestellt werden würde-aber vorsicht nicht kaputt machen!) dauert es 8min bis Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain oder wenn ihr unbedingt nach Treptow wollt nur 5min.

über genaue Termine also ob schon früher in die Wohnung od. erst später raus können wir sprechen ich bin da nämlich ziemlich flexibel!

Hi guys,

the appartment is located in Berlin-Neukölln (north). Furnished, little kitchen with balkony and a beautiful bathroom (yes with a bath tub). No windows towards the street – only to the inner courtyard and nice neighbours (all between 20 and 35).
Puplictransportation is perfect! Busstation just around the corner and you can catch the S-Bahn easily from S-Bhf Sonnenallee (Circelline) or the Underground train from Ubhf-Karl Marx Straße (or Ubhf-Rathhaus Neukölln).
Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain (or Treptow – if anybody likes this area) is ca. 8min away, if you have a bike (actually you can have mine for the time).

For everybody who doesn’t know neukölln (NORTH!!!) yet:
It’s very colourful...what does that mean?! A lot of different nationalities, some people like it some people don’t (by the way, I do cause it makes me feel like I’m in vacations).
There is a big movement in this area – a lot of artists and younger people move to Neukölln, probably cause its still cheap. The Weserstraße (just around the corner) is supposed to be the new Simon-Dach Straße (how I just read in a magazine) – you don’t know this Street? Sorry no time for a longer explanation .
Anyway – if you want to live in a Party area, you are deffinetely wrong here! But if you want to live in an neighbourhood which is in the process, on which corners you can find new art and artists and where your deli-corner shop salesman knows your name, then you are right here!
