ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln ab Anfang Mai bis Ende Juli.

- befindet sich im Hinterhaus Richtung Süden. Es ist sehr ruhig und sehr sehr hell.
- ca. 30 m² groß
- besteht aus einem Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche (ohne Fenster)
- möbliert und ausgestattet: Bett, Sofa, Kommode, Tisch mit Stühl. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

UMGEBUNG:
- In der Nähe (ca. 10 min. zu Fuß) befindet sich Pannierstrasse, Weserstrasse und Hobrechstrasse mit Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
- Supermärkte eine Strasse entfernt
- Weichselplatz und der Landwehrkanal in fußläufiger Entfernung

ANBINDUNG:
- 5 min. Fußweg zum U-Bhf. Rathaus Neukölln (U7)
- diverse Bushaltestellen

KOSTEN:
- 330,- Euro monatlich inklusive Strom-, Wasser-, Internet und Nebenkosten
- 350,- Euro Kaution
- Inklusive die Benutzung meines Fahrrads

- looks to the courtyard, direction South. It is very quiet and gets a lot of light and sunshine during the day.
- has approx. 30m2
- is a one-room flat with a small kitchen and bathroom with shower (no window)
- furnished with a bed, sofa, commmode, table and chairs. The washmachine is also available.

SURROUNDINGS
- Near by (approx. 10 min by foot) is Pannierstrasse, Weserstrasse and Hobrechstrasse with cafes, bars and restaurants.
- Supermarket is just one street away.
- Weichselplatz and the canal is within walking distance.

CONECTIONS
- The subway Rathaus Neukölln (U7) is located 5 minutes walk.
- There are diverse Bus stops near by.

COSTS
- 330,- Euro month. Includes electricity, water, internet und additional costs.
- 350,- Euro guarantee deposit
- My bike will also be available if you want to use it.
