Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (4.OG Südseite) und ruhig (Hinterhof in Seitenstrasse von Sonnenallee). Alle Fenster nach Süden ausgerichtet.
Bevor ich vor ca. 1 Jahr eingezogen bin, wurde sie frisch renoviert. Frisch abgeschliffene Dielen.
Vom Hermannplatz (U8, U7, Busse) sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es jede Menge und in allen möglichen Varianten (Bio, Supermarkt, Discounter, Asia, Türkisch, Arkaden, Karstadt, Bauhaus usw). Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, Imbisse sind reichlich vorhanden. Weserstrasse und Kottbusser Damm um die Ecke.
Geräumige Küche, in der man sich auch gut aufhalten kann. 1 grosses Zimmer. Kleines Bad mit Dusche und Fenster.
Sie ist komplett aber schlicht eingerichtet. Schlicht heisst ich habe z.B. kein Sofa oder Sessel und mein Bett ist ein Lattenrost mit Matratze. Die hat allerdings eine sehr gute Qualität. Extra Matratze gibt es auch.
Der Zeitraum für die Untermiete ist variabel. Ab dem 18.03.2012 bis ca 31.08. 2012 (möglicherweise auch länger). Für einen längeren Zeitraum bevorzugt, aber auch für kürzer möglich. Mindestens 4 Wochen.
Die Miete ist 550 Euro pro Monat komplett für eine Person und wird je nach Zeitraum anteilig berechnet.
Besichtigungstermine sind ab Samstag, 10.03., möglich. Schreibt am besten kurz was zu euch.

My flat is very bright (4th floor, south side) and calm (backyard, side street from Sonnenallee). All windows face south.
Before I moved in about 1 year ago, it was freshly renovated.
3 minutes by walk from Hermannplatz (U8, U7, buses). Many shopping facilities in all kinds of variations (organic, supermarket, discount, asian, turkish, mall ...) Many Bars, restaurants, snack bars. Weserstrasse and Kottbusser Damm around the corner.
There is a large kitchen, which is nice to sit and work also. 1 big room. Small bathroom with window and shower.
The flat is completely furnished but simple. That means I dont have a couch or armchair and my bed is a mattress on a slatted frame. The mattress is very good quality though. Extra mattress is available.
The period for subletting is variable. Available from 19.03.2012 to ~ 31.08.2012 (maybe longer also). For longer period preferred, but also possible for shorter terms. Minimum 4 weeks.
The rent is 550 Euro all inclusive per month for 1 person. Depending on the time of stay it will be adjusted.
