Hello Guys!
After coming back from a half-year internship in China I have been renting a very nice one-room flat in Aristotelessteig (Karlshorst/located south of Neukölln). Now I´m planning to move together with two friends of mine and therefore would like to sub-rent my little flat for the remaining time of my contract.
The flat ist very nice. As it is located in the 4th floor it has a lot of sunlight and a nice view on the courtyard outside the building. It has a bathroom and a small kitchen. The sleeping room itself is about 20qm's big and is fully furnished (the furniture consists out of a bed + bedside table, a desk, a sofa, a big shelf, two chairs and a wardrobe)
Only five walking minutes away from the flat you have the tram-lines M17, 27 and 37 (tram stop "HTW-Berlin"). The subway station "Tierpark" is very close as well. From here you need less than 8 minutes to the S-Bahn station "Frankfurter Allee".
Besides this you have a lot of different supermarkets around (Aldi, Lidl, Kaisers as well as a shopping center at subway station Tierpark)
I know how difficult it is sometimes to find a place to stay in Berlin. Therefore this is the perfect opportunity to find a quick and uncomplicated place to stay for a month.

P.S.: The bond of 200 EUR is simply for security reasons. You will get it back right after moving out from the flat.
