Ich suche vom 03. November 2014 bis zum 10. November 2014 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine hübsche, helle Einzimmerwohnung. Sie liegt zentral in Neukölln an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg. Viele Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Läden und ein Katzensprung zum Kanal. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist U8, Schönleinstr. - aber auch bis zum Hermannplatz ist es nicht weit und der M29 bringt einen bis nach Mitte. Die Wohnung hat Internet mit WLAN, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch, Bett... für Wohnungssuchende/Praktikanten/Urlauber... Auch zwei Leute möglich - dann pauschal 20 Euro Aufschlag.

I am looking for someone to rent my flat from november 3rd until november 10th. The flat is bright and cosy. It is centrally located where Neukölln meets Kreuzberg. There are loads of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops around. To the canal it's just a couple of minutes. The closest tube station is U8 Schönleinstr. It is not far to Hermannplatz and you can take a bus that goes on a popular route near Potsdamer Platz. There is wifi, a laundry, a desk, a comfortable bed - just perfect if you are on holidays or need a temporary place to stay. For 1 person 230 €, for 2 persons 250 € (20 Euros additional for hot water and electricity).
