Einziemmerwohnung in Neukölln für die Sommer (14.07/10.08)

Mein Neuköllner Apartment (Karlsgartenstr.)ist frei von 14 Juli bis 10 August. Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (30m) mit doppelten Bett, Küche (10m) mit Spülmaschine, Esstisch, Glaskeramikplatte und gerade renovierten Bad (8m), Dielenboden, etc. Es ist ein dritten Stock und alle Zimmer liegen am Süden (Sonne am Vormittag). 

Das Gebäude ist ein sanierte Altbau mit einen Hinterhof, wo mann das Fahrrad verstauen kann. Es gibt auch eine Ecke für grillen mit einen Gartentisch.

Es liegt in der Nähe von Hermannplatz und 2 Minuten entfern von U8 Boddinstr. Der Hasenheide Park und das Tempelhofer Feld sind auch 5 und 10 min zur Fuß erreichbar. Im Kiez gibt es auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Ausgehen.

Es kostet 590€ die 4 Wochen, plus eine Kaution falls etwas kaputt geht.
Ich könnte auch gelegentlich für eine kürzere Zeit es vermieten.

My lovely, vintage apartment is available from 14 July till 10 August. It´s one big room (30m.), a nice kitchen with dishwasher and a beautiful renovated bathroom. It´s a third floor southwards oriented and receive a lot of sun, wooden floors, nice furniture, double bed, etc.
The Haus has a backyard where you can keep your bike safe and there is a nice corner too where you can enjoy a barbecue.

The appartment is just 5 min. away from Hermmanplatz (U8 and U7 subway lines and several bus lines)and 2 min. walking from U8 Boddinstr. metro-station. You can reach Hasenheide Park and Tempelhofer Feld (former Airport) in 5-10 min. walking. There is lots of shops and bars around too.

It´s 590€ the 4 weeks + deposit just in case something breaks, but I could rent it for shorter periods if needed.
