Hallo! Wir fahren ins Urlaub und möchten unsere schöne Wohnung vermieten.

Von 8 august bis 18 august (10 tagen).
Miete 250 euro.
Deposit 200 euro.
Geignet für Paar (mit oder ohne kinder). Familien, Singles. Kleine freundegruppen (3-4).

Wohnung: 
Die Altbauzweizimmerwohnung liegt in Neukölln auf der Ostseite im 4th und letzte OG, und bekommt demzufolge die warme Morgensonnestrahlen. Einige große bäume im Hinterhof bieten Sichtschutz. Die Wohnung ist komplett mobliert mit Kühlschrank, High Speed Wi-Fi, drei sehr groβe Fenstern, ein groβes Doppelbett, Ein Sofabett. 
 
Lage:
Das Haus befindet sich an einer verkehrsruhigen Straße. Gute Bars und der sehr beliebte Tempelhoferfeld sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (10 minuten). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 min). Genauso wie die Ringbahn Hermannstr, und die U8-bahn Boddinstr; innerhalb von drei Haltstellen befindet ihr euch am Kottbussertor.
 
Sonstiges:
Wäre sehr schön wenn der vermieter/vermieterin hier und da ein biβchen unsere pflanzen bewesseren würde. Ihr könnt uns über meine e-mail Adresse kontaktieren damit wir ein Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können.

We are going to travel in the period between 8 August and 18 August (10 days) and would like to sublet our fully-furnished and beautiful two-rooms flat in Neukölln, Berlin. The apartment has high speed Wi-Fi. Total price, with no further charges is 250 euro plus a deposit of 200 euro that will be devolved straight at our return. The apartment has three big windows full of flowers overlooking a quiet green courtyard, helpful and amiable neighbours, and an excellent location very close to the beloved Tempelhof park (10 minutes by walk, 5 by bike). Our flat gets the warming sunshines of the morning both because it is 4th and last level of the building and because the windows are looking east. The closest U-bahn (metro) station (15 minutes by walk) is Boddingstr., situated on the U8 line (three stops you are at Kottbussertor). Five minutes walk you can also find the convenient S station Hermannstr. The apartment offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the amazing summer in Berlin. It is ideal for anyone who would like to spend ten days in a real, no fancy and touristic-Berlin neighbourhood. Perfect for couples (with or without children), since there is a big double bed. One big and very enjoyable sofa-bed in the living room makes it also indicated for little groups of friends (3-4). It would be fantastic if the renter/s manages to water our plants once in a while.
