Da ich verreise, suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die es sich in der Zeit (27.06.-6.07.) hier gemütlich machen möchte. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig. Zudem gibt es viel Platz, jede Menge Licht, große Pflanzen, nette Nachbarn und Nord-Neuköllner Leben direkt vor der Tür. Wenn du also Lust hast, ein paar Tage hier zu verbringen - meld dich gerne!

As I will go on holidays, I am looking for a reliable person, who wants to stay in my flat for that time (27.06.-6.07.). Die Wohnung liegt inmitten dem Weserstr-Nordneukölln Kiez, mit Bars, Gallerien und Cafes direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und BVG um die Ecke und der Hasenheide und dem Tempelhofer Feld in lauf- bzw fahrradnähe.

The flat is situated in the north of Neukölln - right now it is a very famous area for its upcoming bars, galleries and coffeeshops. You will find everything you need around the corner: supermarkets, train and busstations. The park Hasenheide and the old aerodrome you reach by feed or bicycle.
Da ich selbst nicht mehr rauche, ist es mir wichtig das nicht in der Wohnung geraucht wird...
