Cozy&comfortable 1-big-room studio on Weserstr!

I am leaving for a short vacation at 21st of August, so I need to find some nice people for my cozy flat in a hurry!

I'm living in Berlin due to my master studies in UdK, Art in Context master program. I'm basically working and living in this flat with my photography and drawing tools so it is pretty suitable for creative people also!

It is basically on Weser straße and therefor totally central. You could hear people on the street having fun at night but if you feel disturbed simply close the windows for silence and peace. The terrace is pretty cool and handy if you want to invite some friends over and drink some beers, I even sometimes sleep there if it's too warm inside.

There's a double bed and a vintage sofa which could be useful (but a bit small) for 2 people, but I bought (and never used yet) a mattress top for the sofa to make it more comfortable.


It's on the fifth floor, no elevators, but the terrace takes the tiredness away, so for me this is working pretty fine so far.

Since this is also my working space, I have some photos and paintings on the walls, but you can put them away carefully if you don't like them, that's perfectly fine for me. Oh and you can use and eat everything I'll leave in the flat also.

I also have one bike that you can use, just be careful not to lose it :)
