Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende, liebe Berlinverbleiber,
da es nach mir, wegen geplanten Umbauarbeiten im Haus, keinen Nachmieter geben wird, komme ich nicht vor Ablauf der Kündigungsfrist aus meinem derzeitigen Vertrag. Deshalb biete ich meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung zwischen dem 1.6.2015 und dem 31.8.2015, für genau 3 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das große Zimmer hat ca. 22m², Holzdielen, hohe Decken mit Stuck und zwei Fenster. Die Küche ist groß genug für einen Küchentisch, also inklusive "Esszimmer" in der Küche. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum, der trocken und zur Lagerung dienlich ist.
Wer es genauer wissen will, kann mir über das System hier eine Nachricht zukommen lassen. Ich beantworte gerne alle weiteren Fragen.

It has a ~22sqm main-room with a woodden floor and high ceiling. The kitchen offers space for a table, so you´ve got an included dining-room in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
