I am looking for a tenant (4 months, flexibel) for my wonderfully furnished 1room flat starting 01 Jan. I really love my flat and I have furnished it with passion, so I am looking for a tidy and trustworthy person (female preferred).
All bills are inclusive.
A viewing can be arranged starting 11.12.–19.12, during the week in the evenings only.
Please tell me a little bit about yourself, so I can get a first impression which makes it easier for me to pick the right one.

Zur Lage muss nicht viel gesagt werden, sie ist top. Für Neu-Berliner: Neukölln ist ein lebendiger und internationaler Bezirk. Sonnenallee Ecke Pannierstr – das bedeutet zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, die von Expats betrieben werden, ständig macht was Neues auf. Die Anbindung ist selbstredend ideal. Supermärkte etc. alles in der Nähe.
