Ich biete zur Zwischenmiete von Januar bis Juli meine Einzimmerwohnung in Berlin Neukölln an.
Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock des Seitenflügels des Gebäudes und ist daher sehr ruhig; da der Hinterhof auf zwei Seiten hin offen ist, ist sie auch sehr hell. Das Gebäude ist ein Altbau, die Decke ist daher recht hoch und außer im Badezimmer ist die gesamte Wohnung mit Dielenboden verlegt.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, mit voll ausgestatteten Küche und Bad mit Badewanne, im Schlaf/Wohnzimmer selbst werden jedoch KEINE Möbel vorhanden sein außer ein Billy Regal (Anzeigebilder des Zimmers stammen von meiner derzeitigen Untermieterin). Waschmaschine und WLAN-Internet vorhanden.

I sublet my one-bedroom apartment in Berlin Neukölln from January until next July.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the side wing of the building and therefore very quiet. The backyard is open on two sides, so that it is also quite bright. The building is an Altbau, with high ceilings and plank floor except in the bathroom.
Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and equipped, yet please note that in the Living/Bedroom there will be NO furniture apart from a Billy bookshelf (advert pics of the room are from my current subtenant). A washing machine as well as wifi access are also available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage an der Grenze zwischen Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Treptow. Nur wenige Meter vom Landwehrkanal entfernt, der Görlitzer Park ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Reuterkiez um die Ecke. Auf der und um die Pannierstraße selbst befinden sich mehrere Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In zehn Gehminuten erreicht man den Hermannplatz im Süden.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind durch die Busse M29,171 und 194, sowie die U-Bahn Linien U7/U8 (Hermannplatz) und U1 (Görlitzer Bhf) gesichert.

The apartment is situated in a great location at the border between Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Treptow. The Landwehrkanal is only few meters away, the Görlitzer Park just 5 minutes within walking distance; the Reuterkiez is round the corner. On and around Pannierstraße there are several bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. You can reach Hermannplatz in 10 minutes.
The transport connection is super, with three bus lines: M29, 171 and 194, as well as the subway lines U7/U8 (Hermannplatz) and U1 (Görlitzer Bhf).
