Helles Zimmer in Neuköllner 3er WG

Ich bin vom Donnerstag, den 10. März, bis zum 1. April im Urlaub und will mein Zimmer für die Zeit untervermieten.

Das Zimmer hat 13 Quadratmeter und hellgrau gestrichene Dielen. Im Zimmer ist ein großer Schrank, den ihr benutzen könnt, ein Schreibtisch und ein Doppelbett, dazu noch ein Fernseher. Das nächste gegenüberliegende Haus vor dem Fenster ist erst ca. 100 Meter weiter, wodurch das Zimmer trotz Nordseite schön hell ist. Auf dieser Seite des Hauses ist keine Straße, daher ist es auch sehr ruhig.

Vor der Haustür fährt ein Bus, in etwa 7 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am S+U-Bahnhof Hermannstraße und von dort super mit Ringbahn und U8 sowie einigen Bussen angebunden. In unter 10 Minuten seid ihr von dort aus im Herzen von Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Zum Tempelhofer Feld brauch man zu Fuß 15 Minuten, ihr könnt aber auch mein Fahrrad benutzen.
Am Bahnhof gibt's auch zwei Supermärkte und noch einen weiteren weniger als 5 Minuten von der Wohnung. Unten im Haus ist ein Kiosk.

In der Zeit würdet ihr euch die Wohnung mit einem meiner Mittbewohner teilen, der andere ist ebenfalls im Urlaub.
Am liebsten würde ich die Wohnung über die ganze Zeit vermieten, wenn ihr aber nur Teilzeiten nehmen wollen würdet, dann meldet euch einfach trotzdem.

From Thursday, the 10th of March until the 1st of April, I’ll be travelling and wanted to rent my room out.

The room has 13 square meters and a wooden floor painted light grey. There is a big closet in the room that you can use, a desk and a bed for two as well as a TV. The next building in front of the window is roughly 100 meters away and there is no street underneath it so it’s really quiet.

There is a bus departing right in front of the house and within 7 minutes you’ll be at S+U- Station Hermannstraße. The Circular Line and the U8 depart from there as well as several busses. From there, it’s going to take you less than 10 minutes to the centers of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. It’s 15 minutes by foot to Tempelhofer Feld, former airport and now a huge park, or you could just take my bike.
At the station, you’ll find two Supermarkets and there is another one less than 5 minutes from the flat. A small shop in the house will provide you with your basic needs all day long (up until around 1 am), from bread to cans to beer and cigarettes.
You would share the flat with one of my flat mates, the third person in the flat will be travelling, too.

I’d like it best if you were to take my room the entire time, but if you would want to stay for a shorter while, message me anyways.
