Because it is a studio flat, I only want to have one person as my subtenant.
Especially someone who loves plants would be the best. :)
My flat is available from 01.06.2021 to 31.12.2021. (the period can be adjustable from an advance discussion)
And I strongly recommend you to make an appointment to check my place in person (with wearing mask) or online viewing (due to Covid19).
Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not available with your own name but can be registered with (c/o).

Description about the flat:
This is a super bright studio apartment which is suitable for only a person.
It is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a living + bed room with a queen size double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony.
It is an 'altbau' 36 m² with high ceilings and tall windows and original wooden floors. The flat is on the 4th floor (in Germany on 3.OG) facing east, so the entire flat and balcony has lots of light. Especially it has completely open view from windows and the flat is super bright for the whole daytime. The living & bed room has windows (and glass balcony doors) stretching from wall-to-wall.
all berliners' supermarkets(Real, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Netto) and Bio supermarket are right nearby as well as Cafes, stores, bakeries, and even Asian supermarket is just around the corner.
Especially from the flat, you can walk to Turkish open market at Karl-Marx-Platz (which is held in every Wednesday and Saturday) for less than 10 min then you can get fresh vegetable, fruits and fishes.
There is a very efficient, direct connection from the airport to the S-bahn / U-bahn station (Neukölln), which is only 1 block away.
