Hey everyone,
I'm subletting my beautiful apartment for 1 month whilst I am away, from the 13th September - 13th October.
It's a lovely one room open space, with a separate laundry / walk in wardrobe room. There's also a nice spacious balcony overlooking some trees.
The apartment is located on a nice and quiet street in Neukölln, close to Neukölln U7 / S Bahn as well as Hermannstr. U8 / S Bahn. You can pretty much get anywhere in Berlin from here.
There are plenty of supermarkets and shops, and Denn's biomarkt is also nearby.
I'm looking for someone responsible to look after my place as if it's their own whilst I am away. It really is a wonderful apartment with a nice calm energy, and I am sure you will love living here as much as I do.

Rent for the month: 700 EUR.
