Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für meine wunderschön eingerichtete, sehr geräumige Nichtraucher Wohnung in Neukölln eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Zeitraum ist der 1.06.17 - 1.06.18 (Du kannst aber gerne ab dem 26.5 einziehen.) Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit werde ich die Wohnung nach dem Jahr komplett aufgeben, sodass die Möglichkeit einer langfristigen Übernahme besteht.

Bei der Wohnung selbst handelt es sich um ein überdurchschnittlich grosses Zimmer mit Schlaf-, Wohn-, Lese-, und Arbeitsbereich. Hinzu kommt eine angenehm grosse Küche (Tisch für 3-5 Personen), ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und ausgestattet. Ihr müsst ausser euren Klamotten im Prinzip nichts mitbringen. Frische Bettlaken, Handtücher, Wi-Fi, Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher, etc. ist alles vorhanden.

I'm subletting my beautiful studio in Neukölln for a year, starting June 1st (though you can move in a few days early if you like.) There's a very good chance that I'll be leaving Berlin for good after that year, so the possibility may exist for you to take over the apartment for the long term. ***I am only looking for people looking to rent the apartment for the full year!***

Despite this very central location, the apartment is extremely quiet due to being located in a back building, away from the street. The apartment itself consists of one unusually large room with separate sleeping, living, reading, and working areas.

The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. There is a washing machine, coffee machine, tv with international channels, Wi-Fi, fresh towels, sheets, etc. Basically all you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes and you'll be set.

I love my apartment and don't take subletting it lightly. I'm looking for someone reliable and trustworthy. There is no smoking in the apartment.
