Schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete teilmöbliert

Hallo, ich suche für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln eine/n Untermieter/in.
Bitte alles lesen, ich kann leider keine Anfragen über andere Zeiträume, etc. beantworten

ZEITRAUM: Die Wohnung ist verfügbar ab dem 03.05.2021 bis spätestens 28.07.2021. Bin aber auch offen für kürzere Zeiträume, wie 15.05.2021-15.07.2021 Mindestens zwei Monate sollten es sein.

AUSSTATTUNG: Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, heißt die Küche bleib drinnen samt Herd/Ofen/Kühlschrank/Regale/Wasserkocher. Nach Bedarf kann ich eine Matratze, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kleiderstange und auch etwas Geschirr in der Wohnung lassen. In den Kosten enthalten sind Nebenkosten, Internet und Strom.

LAGE: Es gibt in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Der Supermark ist direkt an der Ecke. In 5 Min. ist man zu Fuss am Tempelhoferfeld, in 10 Min. zu Fuss an der Hasenheide. Die U8 Haltestelle ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß und man erreicht in 5 Minuten Kreuzberg, in 15 Minuten Mitte.

Die Wohnung ist nur für ein bis zwei Person gedacht, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon. Schön wäre es auch wenn wir uns vorher mal kurz persönlich (mit Maske und Abstand) oder virtuell kennenlernen könnten.

Hello, I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment in Neukölln.

PERIOD: The apartment is available from May 3rd, 2021 until July 28th, 2021 at the latest. But I am also open to shorter periods of time, such as May 15, 2021 to July 15, 2021. It should be at least two months.

EQUIPMENT: The apartment is partially furnished, means the kitchen stays inside including stove / oven / refrigerator / shelves / kettle. If necessary, I can leave a mattress, washing machine, dryer, clothes rail and some dishes in the apartment.The costs include WIFI and electricity.

LOCATION: There are great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. The supermarket is right on the corner. You can walk to Tempelhoferfeld in 5 minutes and to Hasenheide in 10 minutes. The U8 stop is a two-minute walk and you can reach Kreuzberg in 5 minutes and Mitte in 15 minutes.

The apartment is only intended for one or two people, parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking only on the balcony. It would also be nice if we could get to know each other personally (with mask and distance) or virtually beforehand.
