Dear house hunters, we have a furnished one-bedroom apartment for rent in the heart of Richardskiez in Neukölln from January 22nd to February 22nd. Monthly rent is 700, which includes WiFi and all utilities. The apartment has everything one might need from kitchen appliances to towels and sheets. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a fold out sofa, a big fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. This a perfect apartment for a couple or a single occupant.

The flat is located on the second floor of an old building in the back yard, is very sunny and quiet. We are around the corner from Richardsplatz, with restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. The area is not touristic and has a very nice vibe. Walking distance to everything.
