Ich suche eine nette, ruhige und unkomplizierte Person zur Zwischenmiete für mein 15m² Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Matratze, Couch, Schreibtisch, Regal) und idealerweise vom 29. Juli oder 1. August bis 30. September zu vermieten. Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist sehr sonnig und einigermaßen ruhig.
Der schöne Gemeinschaftsgarten kann mit genutzt werden.
Während dieser Zeit werden wir ausziehen. Daher wirst Du die FAST die gesamte Zeit die ganze Wohnung für Dich alleine haben. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Imbisse und Supermärkte sowie Bars, Cafés und Parks.
I am looking for a nice, quiet and uncomplicated person for intermediate rent for my 15m² room. The room is furnished (mattress, couch, desk, closet) and ideally from July 29th or August 1st to September 30th for rent. The room faces the courtyard and is very sunny and reasonably quiet.
During this time we will move out. That gives you the advantage of having almost the entire time the whole apartment for you alone. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous snacks and supermarkets, as well as cafés, bars and parks.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Ring-Bahn, U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Gegend viele nette Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

Die Heizung ist nicht inklusive und kostet bei Bedarf 50ct pro Stunde.

Parties sind nicht erlaubt. Besuche über mehr als eine Nacht müssen mit uns abgesprochen werden.
Die Kaution beträgt 350 Euro und ist im Voraus zu zahlen.
