One Bedroom Apartment in Artist's Studio in Neukolln

This ground floor art studio apartment is available for a flexible rental period of at least 1 month, starting August 1st. It is a small cosy place on the first floor with a huge window to the street from the front room.

There are 2 rooms plus a small bathroom. The front room is the art studio of a painter. She comes to use the studio as she wishes, but usually only 2 times per week from 15h to 18h or 19h. The rest of the time, you have the whole apartment to yourself !

There is a toilet, sink, electric stove, kettle, dishes, drying rack, all blankets for the bed, towels, a HUGE beautiful wardrobe, a desk, and a piano in the space. (though the piano is out of tune and has a few quirks).

***There is no shower or laundry machine in the flat. you will have the key to an apartment around the corner with a beautiful bathtub and shower. This is a place you can use for bigger cooks, fast internet, and to hang out with the 2 wonderful roommates who live there.
