ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung da ich für eine Weile zu Freunden aufs Land gehe.
Sie ist voll möbliert mit allem was gebraucht wird, Küche ist auch ausgestattet, meine privaten Dinge nehme ich weitgehendst raus.
Ansonsten: Altbau, Dielen, sehr ruhig, da zu m Hinterhof hinaus, aber trotzdem in einer echt tollen Ecke mit vielen guten Bars, Cafés etc.
Die Wohnung liegt parallel zur Weserstraße zwischen U Hermannplatz und U Rathaus Neukölln (beide sind etwa 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt). Der M29 ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen (fährt durch Xberg nach Mitte).
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und reichliche Variationen an Abendgestaltungen in direkter Umgebung. Die Ecke ist sehr beliebt.
Bitte meldet euch mit ein paar Sätzen zu euch selbst, was ihr hier macht etc.
Da es sehr kurzfristig ist und die Bedingungen zur Zeit schwierig, können wir natürlich gern telefonieren oder skypen.
