ich suche ein*e Mieter*in für eine schöne Wohnung in Neukölln: Zur Zwischenmiete ab 5. März bis 4. April.

* Schöne, ruhig und frisch renovierte 46qm, 1Z. Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock auf der Bömischestr. in Rixdorf, Neukölln. Gute Verbindung durch Ring und U7; viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants direkt auf der Straße und in der Nähe (Bohmischesplatz oder Richardplatz).
* keine Gebäude neben uns, weshalb es eine natürlich helle Wohnung ist.
* Fahrradabstellplätze im Innenhof
* Kosten sich aktuell auf 630,- Euro (ink. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas und Internet).
* Eine Passkopie/Ausweis mit Lichtbild wird vor Vertragsabschluss notwendig sein.

I’m looking to rent my apartment in Neukölln for one month, from March 5 to April 4, 2019.

* Beautiful, quiet and newly renovated 46sqm, 1br., 2nd floor ‘Altbau' apartment on Bömischestr. in Rixdorf, Neukölln. Good connection to the S-Bahn (ring) and U7; many shopping and dining options, cafes and restaurants on the street and nearby (Bohmischesplatz or Richardplatz).
*N o buildings next to us, so it is a naturally bright apartment.
* Bicycle storage in the courtyard
* Costs 630, - Euro total (incl. Operating costs, electricity, gas and internet).
* A passport / ID with photo will be necessary before the contract is concluded.
