Cosy Flat in Berlin Neukölln (Rent 3 months) :)

I rent my flat in Neukölln (on the border with Plänterwald). Direct connexion to Alexanderplatz in 15 min (S9).

It is a one room flat :) You ll be alone in the flat:)

To reach the flat, use the S-Bahn Station "Plänterwald" or drive your bike, the best option in Berlin ;)

Treptower Park and the Spree: 5 Min on foot/bike :)

The flat is perfect for a single person.

There is everything you need to live : washing machine, bathroom, coffee machine and everything you need to cook... :)

I am still improving the flat so not everything is perfect in the flat (see pictures). But still very comfy :)

I rent it all charges (Electricity, water, heathing, gaz,...) inclusive : 700 for 30 days. (23€/ day). I am only looking for people able to rent for the whole period. Thanks :)


Available from 19/5/19 to 1/9/19 : 3 months and 13 days.

The rent (and deposit) have to be paid when get the keys and visit the flat and sign the sublet contract. We do also an official contract. You get the deposit back at the end of the period (when I am back).

To make it safe for both of us we do an official sublet contract + copy of our IDs + copy of our passports,...
I can show you any document you want.
