Da ich auf Reisen gehe, suche ich einen zuverläsigen Zwischenmieter für meine möblierte Altbauwohnung in Neukölln für 2 Monate vom 01.02. - 31.03.2020.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein großes, helles Zimmer mit hohen Decken, Dielen-Boden und Süd-Balkon mit Blick auf das bunte Neuköllner Treiben, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, Küche und Flur.
(Es gibt noch ein weiteres Zimmer, dieses wird aber nicht mit vermietet, da ich dort ein paar Sachen lagern werde)
Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mixer, SodaMax, SmartTV und schnelles Internet/ WLAN sind vorhanden.
Since I will be traveling for 2 months I`m renting out my furnished apartment in Neukölln from 01.02. - 31.03.2020.
The apartment has a large, bright room with high ceilings, floorboards and a south-facing balcony with a view of the colorful hustle and bustle of Neukölln, a large bathroom with bathtub and window, kitchen and hallway.
(There is another room, but this is not rented out as I will store a few things there)
Washing machine, gas stove, frige, mixer, SodaMax, SmartTV and fast internet / WiFi are available.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig im Norden Neuköllns mit zahlreichen Bars und Cafés, unweit des Landwehrkanals mit dem Markt am Maybachufer und dem Neuköllner "Flowmarkt".
Nächste U-Bahnstation ist die "Schönleinstraße" (U8). Auch die Station "Hermannplatz" ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (U7/U8). Der Alexanderplatz ist mit der U8 in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is in a central quiet location in the north of Neukölln with numerous bars and cafes, not far from the Landwehr Kanal with the market on Maybachufer and the Neukölln "Flowmarkt".
The next underground station is "Schönleinstraße" (U8). "Hermannplatz" station is also easily accessible on foot (U7 / U8). Alexanderplatz can be reached in 10 minutes with the U8.
Da ich gern meine (sehr pflegeleichten!!) Pflanzen in der Wohnung lassen würde wäre es prima, wenn sie ab und zu etwas zu trinken bekommen:)
Inklusive Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ, etc. beträgt die Miete € 800,- / Monat. Die Kaution beträgt € 300,-
Besichtigung jederzeit gern möglich, freu mich auf Nachrichten!
Since I would like to leave my (very easy-care !!) plants in the apartment, it would be great if they get something to drink from time to time :)
